T+O+M opens office in Singapore

Announcing the opening of their Singapore office, the Partners of T+O+M foreshadow the emergence of the successful Australian Financial Services Recruitment Company to a broader role in the Asian region.

Partner Ben Tallentire said the company had been developing relationships and business in the region for over 18 months and looked favourably at the prospects for the medium term.

"Some have thought our move to Singapore is probably a bit premature. It is our feeling, the market is on the way back and we want to be fully established with staff fully attuned so we can provide immediately for our clients needs when they seek it. That's the way T+O+M has operated in Sydney and that's exactly the model we are bringing to Singapore and the rest of Asia" said Tallentire. "It's our investment in the future and our Asian clients really appreciate that investment. Our opening in Singapore has been widely encouraged and supported".

Tallentire will play a pivotal role in the region and will branch between both Australia and Singapore ensuring all clients and candidates receive opportunities which this new portal offers.

"Yes it's a challenging role and a vital one for the future of the company and I can see myself building an enviable amount of Frequent Flyer points in a short time. Our clients need to know I am there for them whenever and wherever they need me" Tallentire added.

"But at the end of the day with communication being the way it is, I often have little idea where phone calls emanate and it really doesn't matter, if I take the call in Sydney, Singapore or Timbuktu" Tallentire said "What matters to our clients and candidates is the quality of attention which has become the hallmark of T+O+M"

"By the way, my mobile number has not changed" Tallentire concluded.
