After graduating from Loughborough University in the UK in 2000, Andrew joined a boutique financial services recruitment business in London where he spent four successful years recruiting accountants into temporary and contract positions with major banking and finance institutions.
In Sydney, Andrew joined a major US listed recruitment firm where he became one of the most successful permanent finance recruiters in the insurance market. Andrew joined T+O+M in 2006 and is characterised by his intimate market knowledge and successful track record in delivering what his clients and candidates are looking to achieve.

Peita-Maree Kazacos
Peita-Maree began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Valuations and Strategy team. After an involvement in the Graduate recruitment Program at PwC she moved to a major US listed recruitment firm where she specialized in the recruitment of qualified accounting professionals into the leading Banks and financial services institutions. From here she moved to London and gained exposure to the London market where she worked for a year once more specializing in the placement of qualified accountants.

Amy Savage
Originally from the South of England, Amy has been working in recruitment since 2003. Having started her recruitment career in Sydney working for a global firm placing experienced Insurance and Superannuation professionals into operational roles, Amy then transferred to Ireland and set up their Dublin office in October 2007. In this role Amy’s focus moved from Insurance and Superannuation to Accountancy across the Financial Services sector working with top tier Fund Administration and Insurance brands, specializing in core finance and funds administration positions. Amy returned to Sydney in March 2010 and has joined Andy and Peita-Maree focusing on the recruitment of Qualified Accountancy professionals in Temporary and Contract roles with a number of key clients.
