Ben Tallentire

Ben Tallentire graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Macquarie University) . After a brief spell in London he became a Futures trader with Merrill Lynch in Sydney and then moved to an advisory / sales role on the Futures desk where he stayed for a period of 5 years.

Ben then joined International recruitment firm in 1998 where he was a senior consultant within their financial services permanent business. His clients included investment banks, insurance groups and fund managers.
Ben is one of the founding Directors of TOM. Since July 2008, Ben has been based in Singapore to fully service clients and candidates in the region.

Grant Movsowitz

Grant Movsowitz graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Cape Town. He then went onto the UK, working within the market risk area at Citibank for two years, before recruiting for the financial services sector in London for 18 months. Grant then moved to Sydney in 1999 and has been recruiting in the financial services space for over 10 years, having managed the financial services and banking division at Australia's largest privately recruiting firm for 5 years., before founding T+O+M in 2004.

Fergal Gleeson

Fergal graduated from the University of Limerick with a Business degree in 1995. He subsequently worked for Irish Life & Permanent Plc, Ireland’s largest life and investments company, for three years as Marketing Advisor, where he completed life insurance exams. Fergal then worked for seven years in Accountancy recruitment with a specialist recruiter in Dublin of which he was a Director for four years. Fergal specializes in placing senior accountants and actuaries in the Life and General Insurance industries.

Michael Buckley

Michael graduated from the University of Durham in the UK with a BA (Hons) in History in 1999 and then moved south to London. He spent five years recruiting in London specialising in the introduction of accountants to both investment and retail banks. As senior consultant with one of the city's leading recruitment firms, Michael was responsible for managing the accounts of three highly prestigious global banks. In 2006 he left England to travel with his wife before emigrating to Australia in 2007 where he joined T.O.M to continue his career in the field of senior finance recruitment. He takes a special interest in trading finance at a mid-senior level and has been responsible for placements that include: Global Head of Trading Finance, Head of Australian Equities and Global Head for Rates & Credit. Mark Sanglikar

Mark graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in International Relations and Global Political Economy from the Nottingham Trent University in the UK. Starting his career at the Daily Telegraph Newspaper in London, Mark was responsible for account managing some of London’s largest property groups. Mark started his recruitment career in 2002 and was responsible for the successful setting up of an Accounting recruitment division for a large global generalist recruitment firm in Sydney. Mark then joined a major US listed recruitment firm where he became one of the most successful permanent finance recruiters in the IT & T sector. Joining T+O+M in 2007 Mark is now responsible for placing Senior Finance Executives into a specialist portfolio of Banking & Financial Services accounts.

Dean Unkles

Dean Unkles graduated with a Bachelor of Business (International Trade) from Monash University in 1994 and is completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments. He commenced his professional career with ANZ Melbourne in 1995, holding several positions in the bank before opting to join a specialist financial services recruitment firm in 2000. He later became manager of the financial services and banking division for one of the world’s largest executive recruitment firms. In 2007 Dean was appointed as General Manager Victoria for an ASX listed executive recruitment firm specialising in Banking, Accounting and Technology. During this period he was a key member of their Group Leadership Team in addition to serving in an advisory capacity to the board during 2009. In 2010 Dean became a Director with T+O+M to launch the company’s Melbourne office.
